After the enormous vinyl hype, the CD has also made a comeback.

In 2022, CD sales fell by almost 13% to 15 million euros. Last year, however, sales rose by 5 percent to 16.1 million euros. This means that the CD market is suddenly growing even faster than the vinyl market. In 2022, 37 million euros worth of vinyl was sold. In 2023, there was approximately 3% growth to a total turnover of 38.2 million euros. This smaller growth is mainly due to the increased prices of new vinyl.
